I have over twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and clinical director of a clinic. In addition, post-graduate training in child psychotherapy and teaching in and chairing a psychotherapy training program at the Washington School of Psychiatry have prepared me to work with children and adolescents as well as with adults.
Through child psychotherapy and working in conjunction with parents, I have helped children and adolescents develop the skills needed to cope with depression, anxiety, and life's challenges and improve their ability to navigate the complicated years of physical, emotional, academic, and social development.
