Aging, death, break ups, brain injury, major health diagnosis, addiction, family conflict, and dozens of life's other challenges are accompanied by grief. Grief and loss is part of a universal human experience that, despite it's commonality, is just as difficult every time for every one of us. As much as we'd like for these feelings to just disappear they can cause us to feel overwhelmed and hopeless until we find a way to integrate them, not "get over" them. As a board-certified Neurotherapist by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, I provide QEEG brain-mapping and Neurofeedback training for clients. I believe that your treatment should encompass emotional, mental, physiological, psychosocial and behavioral needs. Neurofeedback will improve your brain's flexibility, strength, and endurance. Through Neurofeedback, your emotional, and cognitive states improve as well as your mental performance. Some clients have also found it as an alternative to medication.
