I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for adults ages 25-and older. It is my personal mission to offer an empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental approach to work through life’s transitions. As an OCD Specialist; I believe every person can live a successful, healthy and joyful life. I empower individuals and their families to overcome personal obstacles which leads to fulfilling relationships and peace. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and School Counseling from Central Michigan University. I have been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor for over 9 years. I enjoy working with adolescents 12+, teens and adults. I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years and everyone of them has their own story to tell and personal road to recovery.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Wayne State University. I use a Person-Centered approach and pride myself on being down to earth and easy to talk to in what I refer to as my "judgment free zone". I understand how hard it can be to open up to a stranger with very personal issues. I believe I have a natural ability to make my clients feel comfortable and safe while supporting them to have the courage to share their story with me. I have over 15 years of counseling experience in a wide variety of areas.

Collaborative Health Center is a group practice with 18 clinicians with diverse backgrounds, specialties, training, and interests.
