She utilizes evidence-based and transdiagnostic interventions, including person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies to restore and preserve the integrity of the child and family system. Education Ms. Nash earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte in 2020, with a concentration in Integrated Behavioral Health, and is currently a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Hello my name is Cassandra, I am a BCBA with 4 years of experience. I have experience in the public school setting, home setting, and clinic based setting . My areas of expertise include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , ADHD, ODD, and general behavioral issues. My role as a BCBA includes using positive reinforcement strategies to help children who are having difficulty learning or acquiring new skills or are displaying problem behavior. This includes conducting Functional Behavior Analyses (FBAs), implementing behavior programs using reinforcement procedures, parent training sessions, social skills programming, and observations.
