My practice is grounded in supporting children, families, and adults through life's challenges, utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I specialize in working with children, families, and adults, addressing issues such as trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. I am experienced in supporting individuals in making behavioral changes, developing a stronger understanding of themselves, and healing relationships with others.

The constant striving for perfection is exhausting, as is that judgmental voice in your head that keeps telling you what you did wrong or how you’re not enough. My client focus are adults in clinical, family and individual psychotherapy sessions. I work with those with mental illness, chemically dependency and legally involved individuals. I conduct counseling and evaluations for families, individuals and veterans with PTSD. I can assist military personnel and their families during periods of adjustment.
