Our Team
Therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection—safe, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I strive to create a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change.
I work with kids, teens, women, men, families and couples, and I especially value supporting people through complex or sensitive experiences. This includes trauma recovery, personality disorders, faith transitions, and navigating sexual conflict within relationships. These are often deeply personal areas, and I approach them with care, openness, and without judgment.
