As an EMDR therapist, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to understanding the profound effects of trauma on the human experience. Over the years, I have witnessed the incredible power of EMDR in helping individuals process past wounds and reclaim their lives. I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, safe, and collaborative space where clients can heal, grow, and move beyond the limitations that trauma may have placed on their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects is witnessing the transformational shifts in my clients, even those with anxiety and depression.
Anxiety & Depression: EMDR is highly effective in treating anxiety disorders, including PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety. By targeting the root causes of your anxiety and depression, we can work together to alleviate symptoms and cultivate a greater sense of peace and well-being.
I also utilize essential oils, CBT, Mindfulness, coping skills, solution focused and other various techniques in therapy for those who do not wish to have EMDR. Please let me know if you have allergies to any oils. I offer in office and virtual appointments. I look forward to meeting with you!
