Hi, my name is Tiffaney, and I am an experienced licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S). I am enthusiastic about being authentic and real with my clients to create an encouraging environment for exploration and growth. I am an EMDR Certified therapist because I believe in the power of EMDR. My go to word to describe this modality is weird and you will also come to experience this. EMDR allows the body to change how the world around you affect your body and mind. In a way it allows you to heal from the inside out.
I have had the honor of collaborating with individuals from all walks of life, from individuals struggling with stress overload, to individuals with a history of severe trauma. Over the past few years, private practice has allowed me to support individuals through everyday life struggles, developmental stages, and adjusting to changes from the pandemic.
