I am trained in EMDR and utilize IFS, art, anti oppression framework and strength based approaches to help clients their journey and to reach their goals.

I am a Washington state approved Clinical Supervisor and have been for 3 years. I utilize a systems and anti-oppression approach to supervision. Individual supervision is $100, Group is $60, and I offer a sliding scale
