As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my practice uses Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), a transformative approach grounded in attachment theory. I specialize in guiding individuals and couples toward deeper connections by harnessing the power of attachment dynamics and fostering healthy communication.
I help clients with many concerns: Healthy communication, deepening connection, infidelity recovery, couples sex addiction recovery, burnout, anxiety, stress, depression, relationship boundaries, grief and loss. In addition, I am a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, CCBRT Candidate, and have completed all EFT Core Skills training.
