Feeling paralyzed and unable to heal and grow? Life can hit with some intense stress and pain. I’ve worked with clients who have had complex trauma for 15 years and private practice for 8 years. I have had success by actively listening to your story and fostering a calm environment by providing a healthy model of Co-regulation and somatic integration. I have helped clients navigate through extreme hardships and transformative life events. I will take an attachment based and integrated approach to help you heal, develop effective communication skills and balance in your daily life.

I have helped clients for 15 years work through trauma with EMDR, SIP and Nerosequencial metric and attachment-based therapy. I have lived experience with trauma and being a breast cancer survivor. I have not only been able to help myself but also have helped my clients have success at lowering symptoms related to trauma and intense anxiety and depression.

I help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and communication issues with loved ones by taking a trauma informed approach, and utilizing EMDR, and DDP to help clients heal and grow.
