Divorce, adoption, anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments and emotion regulation are a few of the issues that I typically see.
My approach is Christ-centered and tailored to the specific needs of the client. I include EMDR, CCPT, Theraplay, Sandtray Therapy, expressive art techniques, IFS and DBT approaches, as well as prayer when requested.
