Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I understand that it may be difficult to take the first step. Many people worry about being judged or uncertain about what therapy will bring. My goal is to create a different experience. While therapy can be challenging, it can also be freeing and empowering. With six years of experience working with individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your path to healing and growth.
I offer a person-centered approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques to help clients reach their goals. I specialize in addiction, mental health, and trauma counseling, and strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can release anxieties and begin healing.
I understand that starting counseling can feel difficult, especially when building trust with someone new. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and release your burdens. I am deeply invested in my clients, and my greatest joy is seeing them grow, heal, and find fulfillment.
