I have clinical experience in Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Multicultural Counseling, LGBTQ+ Affirmative Competency, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and using creative and expressive art techniques, and trauma informed care.
I believe in creating a collaborative, non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic environment to build a trusting relationship that leads to the empowerment and growth of the client. In my free time, I enjoy drawing, creating art, or planning my next travel adventure.
