Hi, I'm Christine! I base my work in the belief that our well-being is shaped by our relationships- how we relate to others, our environment, and self. When we feel a safe connection in these areas, it's easier to be more present with life's joys and feel resilient when faced with stress. When we feel unsafe or disconnected, it's natural to become stuck in anger, fear, criticism, or sadness. Over time, this can change how we see ourselves and our ability to make meaningful choices. I understand what it's like to feel stuck in survival mode and how challenging it can be to find safety.
Therapy provides the space to navigate painful emotions and cultivate qualities like compassion, confidence, and choice. I hope to be that support for you where you feel seen, valued, and empowered.
I tend to work with people alleviating trauma symptoms, navigating life changes, easing stress and anxieties, exploring identity, and mending relationships. I have extensive experience working with lgbtq+ clients and those living with chronic health conditions.
