Hello! I enjoy working with family relationships, couples, and people in need of a change. My favorite part of being in the room is communication building in relationships, families, and couples; to discover and develop how a relationship can best communicate their needs with each other. I have obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. I am licensed in Texas as a Professional Counseling - Associate and am trained in EMDR. I have expertise with processing trauma and crisis, bipolar, depression, anxiety, and schizoaffective.
I believe in being present with my clients. Giving people the empathetic and non-judgmental space that they need to be free to verbally brainstorm about their conundrums, life transitions, and process their mental health journey. It takes courage from both you, the client, and your therapist to embark on this journey.
