You will be taught how to take your toolbox and apply skills to various issues faced. I aim to validate and support individuals by promoting normal development, prevention, wellness, advocacy, and empowerment. I work with children, teens, couples, and families to identify goals and putting learned skills into action to build insight, thinking critically, confidence, emotional well-being, and functioning.

Life can get challenging sometimes. Sometimes coping can become difficult and that's when it's time to get some support and learn new coping skills to maneuver through the challenging times.

I take a strength-based approach to successfully navigating challenging circumstances as an individual or family. I will support you and your family with empathy and perspective. I am extremely objective and work well with families in crisis.
