I am here you help work through the difficult changes and challenges in your life. I am here to help get you focused and back on track to the life you want and deserve. I work with adults, adolescents ages 13-19 and youth ages 8-12. This is will be accomplished through educational groups, support groups and individual sessions.I look foward to working with you and your family. Now is the time to Change your Life. I also offer Life coaching for adults and kids.
Anger, Substance Abuse and Loss, and Trama, qcauses pain and hurt to everyone involved. Groups and individual therapy sessions provide a safe place for you and your love one to get the support you need.
The skills taught during these sessions helps build resiliency, self-esteem and improve communication. Helping people get their lives back and their families back together is my purpose in life. If what you are doing is not working for you try something new. I look forward to working with you.

Handling It Now is a anger management group that meets weekly to provide members with new coping skills for managing problematic anger.Clients will learn what triggers are and how they affect their anger, they also learn about different communication skills. Group sessions last from 6-12 weeks at the cost of $40.00 to $50.00 per person per group session. Please call for more information.
