Working through the painful parts of life is a necessary step toward growth; however, making that first step can be daunting. It would be my honor to explore that next step with you if you are experiencing unhappiness in relationships, problems with family members, or feel stuck or immersed in conflict. We may invest much time and money in many things but neglect our hearts. Yet, our inner life affects all of our decision-making. Therapy can help us discover our true, often overlooked selves.
I want you to know that you do not have to suffer alone. I have over 12 years of experience working in grief and loss in bereavement and other major life transitions. I also have experience working with substance abuse and eating disorder recovery.

Groups
Process Group
Have you found one on one therapy to be unaffordable and even unhelpful? Maybe it feels intimidating to come to therapy on your own but if you had a group you could gather the courage to participate and find your own voice. I am offering a weekly process group which is a therapeutic community designed to support losses, habits, stressors, hurts, and even emptiness. There is no set end date for the group. All members pay for their admission into the group which is $300 a month due at the end of each month for the start of the next month.
