I am a licensed psychotherapist/marriage and family therapist who embraces the entire family system working with individuals, couples, and families. I combine a strengths-based and collaborative approach. I offer groups that focus on health/ wellness and alternative options to talk therapy. I also offer pre-marital counseling and family mediation services.
