| Español I work with Latine/x and adults and children navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and the particular weight of living between two cultures. I also welcome clients of all identities who value a culturally aware, socially conscious space.
Therapy with me is pretty relaxed. I'm not rigid about structure, and I want you to feel like you can talk about whatever is most pressing for you. But honestly, I follow your lead. Our time together is an investment in your time (and money) and that's most important!
I also offer immigration evaluations (extreme hardship, asylum, t-visa, etc.) for those navigating that system.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I'm currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and implementing in sessions before I can become certified.
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am committed to walking alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and care.
