I believe every person deserves a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. As a native Texan who has lived all over the country, I spent my early years on the fields of college football and later carved out a decade in corporate America. It was through these experiences that I realized my true calling: to walk alongside others as a therapist, helping guide them toward healing and growth. In my practice, I bring a warm, empathic presence, free of judgment, and I infuse our work with humor and lightness to help ease the weight of life’s challenges. I’m here to help you rediscover your strength, purpose, and hope.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by integrating evidence-based approaches. I’m trained in EMDR for trauma, sports and athletic performance, and human potential, along with attachment-based therapy. I also draw from Gestalt, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and existential therapies.
I know it takes real courage to reach out for support, and I want you to know you’re not alone. In my practice, I offer a warm, empathic space, free of judgment, where we’ll tailor the journey to your unique needs.
