I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. I have had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, helping them move toward healing and greater well-being. I’m passionate about supporting people dealing with trauma, anger, grief, relationship struggles, addiction, and spiritual concerns. I strive to create a safe, caring, and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients can explore life’s challenges and conflicts at their own pace.
I use various therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, Existentialism, and Mindfulness with my clients. I also utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients recover from trauma, and enjoy working with teens and parents of neurodivergent children that experience ADHD or Autism. I can provide Christian counseling upon request as well.
I believe the connection between therapist and client is central to meaningful and lasting change. My hope is to understand each person’s values and life experiences, empowering them to make choices that lead to a more fulfilling life. No matter what you’re going through, there is hope. My therapy dog, Daisy, also enjoys being in sessions!
