As a therapist, I have experience working with PTSD, C-PTSD, sports performance, anxiety, depression, suicidality, relationship issues, and career/educational counseling. I have worked with collegiate athletes, healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and individuals associated with these communities.

I incorporate various therapeutic techniques with my clients including, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, as well as somatic and mindfulness techniques.
I believe therapy is only effective if there is a strong relationship between the client and the therapist. When the relationship is strong it creates a space that fosters trust and comfortability that opens the door for true vulnerability.
