I specialize in working with gifted, high-achieving, and neurodivergent teens and young adults who may look like they're doing well on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. I especially enjoy helping clients navigate identity, relationships, life direction, purpose, perfectionism, and the transition into adulthood. Together, we'll build clarity, confidence, and practical tools for creating a meaningful life.

I help clients make sense of their experiences, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and build on their strengths. Whether you're questioning your path, navigating relationships, or struggling with expectations, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move forward with intention.
