My specialty lies in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This model invites us to see ourselves as various parts: angry parts, sad parts, etc. This lens affords us the ability to move towards ourselves with openness, freedom, and compassion, versus being stuck in ruts of self-criticism or “self-destruction”.
It would be a great privilege to join you along this path. I highly value every moment of our shared time and my aim is always to invite you into the process with grace, wit, and understanding. I very much look forward to our working together! In the meantime, I wish you wellness.
