What if the ways you've learned to protect yourself are also the things keeping you stuck? The patterns we develop often make sense in the context of our experiences, but they don't always continue to serve us. Therapy is an opportunity to explore the sources of distress, understand how they may have shaped your life, and begin making new choices where change is possible. I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity, life transitions, grief, and other experiences that may contribute to distress.
I practice Psychodynamic Psychotherapy while integrating multicultural and queer-affirmative perspectives to create an inclusive, collaborative therapeutic experience. My work focuses on gaining deeper insight into the individual, family, relational, and cultural influences that shape who you are.
