Hi, my name is Blake Bernlohr and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I provide Comprehensive DBT, focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. My style is collaborative, empowering, and practical. I have extensive experience successfully treating individuals who engage in destructive behaviors as a result of emotional dyscontrol, impulsivity, and interpersonal conflict, primarily.
My therapy sessions are structured, evidenced-based, and objective. This is not talking therapy, this is real therapy, providing real results. We approach every session with purpose and intention, which allows me and my clients to track progress in his or her treatment.
