Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, or struggles in your relationship. I work with individuals and couples in Cumming and Dawsonville, GA, and also offer online therapy across Georgia. I use the Gottman Method for couples, and I specialize in grief, mood disorders, and supporting ASD and neurodiverse clients. My therapy dog often joins sessions to bring comfort, and as part of the LGBTQ+ community, I provide an affirming space where you can feel understood and supported.

My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I specialize in grief counseling, Gottman Couples Therapy, and supporting individuals with autism and neurodiversity. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I am also well suited to help my community.
