My goal is to work side by side with my clients to help them reach their life’s objective. I will do this through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, and a Person-centered approach, as well as always leaning on God’s wisdom and direction.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and my Bachelor’s degree in Brain and Behavioral Sciences and Religious Studies from Purdue University.
I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, boundary problems, self-image issues, and relationship problems. Availability: Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm.
