I work with adolescents, individuals and couples on a wide variety of concerns focused in anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, stress management, life transitions, communication skills, grief, self-esteem, and coping skills. I am also a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples therapy.
My treatment approach is centered in Person Centered Therapy to provide unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic relationship and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to further identify thoughts, feelings, and emotions that may be impacting current daily behaviors.
