Does your child suffer from anxiety, depression, anger, eating disorder, attention deficit disorder, oppositional disorder, autistic syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, or a learning disorder? I can help. In practice for more than 25 years, I have a Masters Degree in Child Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology , I work closely with parents, schools, and pediatricians, providing therapy and psychological evaluations for children. I also provide custody evaluations. Children enjoy my delightful play therapy room. Evening appointments are provided for adults , parents, or couples .I shape my therapeutic approach with adults to their diagnostic needs..
As Director of the Division of School Curriculum in Maine's State Deparment , I established the first Special Education programs.in all public and private schools .. Later , as Professor of Clinical Psychology I trained Graduate Students for Psychological Licensure, focusing on careful, gentle approaches to child evaluation and treatment.
I work closely with creative individuals who are developing insight into their own unique journey, and often specialize in dreamwork.. Additionally, I also provide specialized 8 session workshops for struggling couples . I serve as a Special Master in the Family Pretrial Docket of the Middlesex Superior Court.
