I offer a collaborative space for those individuals and families who are ready to work towards a positive body image and/or a relationship with food that is intuitive, connective, safe, and fun. I focus on healing the underlying causes using approaches that are aimed to go deeper, creating lasting change and reducing the need for the symptoms you've been struggling with.
I specialize in working with eating disorders/concerns, poor body image, diet cycling, low self esteem, compulsive exercising, and family feeding issues. I have a unique niche in working with ARFID, an eating disorder that requires specialized training to treat. I also work with picky eaters and parents to reduce meal conflict and build confident eaters.
As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I have the expertise and training to understand eating disorders thoroughly and individualize your care to make sure it works for you.
