When life feels overwhelming, persistent worry, anxiety, anger, and sadness can rise up and begin to interfere with your relationships, sleep patterns, eating habits, and overall health. Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined it would. We find ourselves stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand or carrying emotional weight we haven’t quite known how to name.
In my experience, therapy is one of the most courageous and meaningful steps a person can take when they begin to feel overwhelmed, alone, or simply unsure of where to go next.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches when working with my clients. Some of these approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. I see a variety of clients, including, children, teens, adults, individuals, couples, pre-married, married, and families.
I offer a safe space where you can come as you are. My office is open to all regardless of race, gender identification, sexuality, or faith. My experience working with clients includes but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, and life transitions.
