I specialize in working with adults affected by cancer (including caregivers and loved ones), body image concerns, and eating concerns (including disordered eating and eating disorders). I also have experience working with college students, young adults, chronic illness, and chronic pain. People who are looking to process diagnoses and fears of death, adjust to major life transitions, grapple with identity, and find peace with their bodies and food are great fits for my skills and experiences. I am LGBTQ+-affirming and fat-positive.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on your concern, including ACT, CBT, intuitive eating, and compassion-focused and meaning-centered psychotherapies.
