I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, challenging relationships, past trauma, or patterns of substance use that no longer serve them. Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in cycles they cannot seem to break, or unsure how to move forward. In our work together, I focus on helping clients build deeper self-understanding and self-compassion while creating a safe, supportive space where they feel seen, understood, and supported.
I believe early attachment experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Many coping strategies that once helped us survive difficult circumstances can later keep us feeling stuck. In therapy, we explore how these patterns formed, increase self-awareness, and gently work toward meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and individualized.
