Life can be pretty overwhelming. Sometimes we can make big changes to change our circumstances but often, finding peace is about changing our relationship with the stressful things in our lives. I am passionate about helping people find peace in the midst of life's difficulties. Whether you've hit a crisis or unexpected situation that you are having trouble navigating, or perhaps you are just struggling with more day to day types of issues, I am interested in helping you utilize your strengths and develop new skills to create a life you find joy in.
I enjoy working with adult men and women, and adolescents ages 15 and up. I have experience working with various mood and anxiety disorders as well as navigating the complications of grief, addiction, relationship difficulties, religious struggles, and crisis situations. Most often, my approach involves mindfulness interventions but am client focused.
Being human can be pretty hard. Therapy can help you learn how to change your relationship with the things that are hard and ultimately create space for peace. If I can be a helpful part of your progress I hope you will reach out. :)
