I enjoy supporting clients on their healing journey. The types of clients I have the most experience working with would be individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with both children and adults. My main approach to treatment is EMDR therapy.

I can help you on your journey by providing support, encouragement, hope, skills, and a safe space that allows for this change. My goal is to help others heal through connection. I specialize in treating trauma through the use of EMDR, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. I am able to help you to feel empowered to take back your life and find joy again.
