I specialize in working with adults and those who are late-diagnosed with ADHD and autism. Therapy, in my view, isn’t about fixing you or squeezing you into a preset model—it’s about honoring your individuality. I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where your strengths and values lead the work. Together, we examine the internal narratives and beliefs shaping your experience and directly address behaviors that may be blocking the life you want, without forcing you into someone else’s mold.
In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Texas. My style is direct, supportive, and grounded in real-world practice, with a focus on clinical judgment, ethics, and confidence. I work collaboratively to help supervisees develop their clinical voice, manage complexity, and move toward independent practice without burnout.
