For 15+ years, I have been privileged to work with people of all ages - children, adolescents, adults and seniors - individuals, couples, and families. We have covered many issues, such as stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, parenting, grief and more. The basis of my counseling is mainly CBT; what we think and do affects the way we feel.
