About
Hi there, I'm Bita. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? are you struggling with anxiety and depression? do you have difficulty setting healthy boundaries, be more assertive and better communicate and express your thoughts and feelings with family members and others? are you struggling with self-esteem, low motivation, self-love and compassion? Do you feel burnout and overwhelm? I have been practicing as a therapist for the past 5 years.
I work with people who are having difficulty with depression, anxiety, social anxiety, burnout, bipolar, relationship issues, PTSD and past trauma. I am a certified cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT). I also utilize narrative, solution focus, strength base, compassion focus and humanistic and existential approaches.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion and empathy with no judgment so you can overcome the barriers, issues and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
