My ideal clients are individuals age 16+ who want support navigating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, identity, family, relationships (monogamy/non-monogamy/poly), sexuality/desire (kink friendly), racial/multicultural stress, and everyday life stressors. I supporting clients no matter if you are seasoned at engaging in therapy or looking to take this journey for the first time. My approach is client centered and structured to meet you where you are, as we work together to build the best journey for your needs. My specialty is serving Queer/Trans BIPOC individuals.
I offer client centered psychotherapy rooted in a psychodynamic approach, which explores the entire individual, including past/childhood, their familial and intimate relationships, as well as their current life structure, hopes and dreams. I believe that in order for behavioral change to occur, we much understand what in our lives have lead us to this point.
If you are seeking support from someone who is willing to see you and understand your identity and lived experience, reach out and lets see if I can help you tackle whatever is getting in the way of the life you want to live.
