I provide psychological/ neuropsychological testing, psychotherapy, and hypnosis (medical and clinical). If you are interested in working together to learn what you didn’t know you knew or control what you didn’t know you could, psychotherapy and hypnosis can help. If you need testing or assessment, I can put together a specific testing battery to meet your assessment needs. I specialize in ADHD differential diagnoses, Autism Spectrum Disorder differential diagnosis, as well as personality testing for many other differential diagnoses. I see ages 16 and up. I work with adult individuals that desire to explore their identities, after being impacted by a life transition and are experiencing financial stress. Some of my clients have experienced the following transitions: grief, becoming a parent, entering the professional field after college, retiring from their professional field, career transitions, entering the caregiver role for an aging parent and much more. My clients desire to explore their identities as they also experience increased anxiety, trauma or depressive symptoms. Others want to improve their relationship with money. I am trained in a variety of cognitive-behavioral, existential/spiritual, and family/systems therapies. I conduct evaluations to assess for ADHD and anxiety in children/teens. In addition to my credentials in psychology, I completed a two-year course in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, as well as several hundred hours of training in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction; both of which I integrate into psychotherapy, as needed, to address nervous system regulation.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Coach, with much of my practice revolving around Adult ADHD and the impact on relationships, school/work performance, and self-esteem. Practitioners frequently refer their patients to me for psychological evaluations in order to clarify diagnoses, understand possible barriers to progress in therapy, and provide insight into stress tolerance, interpersonal relatedness and self-esteem. I also work with adolescents, LGBTQ+ populations, and High Functioning Autism (Aspergers). I have done forensic evaluations in the areas of divorce/custody, sentence mitigation, and personal injury.
