She received her PhD from the nation’s most highly rated clinical psychology program, UCLA, where she gained extensive experience helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, chronic illness, trauma, and grief. I work with a multitude of people from different backgrounds and goals. However, the ones that I find I have the most successful relationships with are young adults in their 20s-30s dealing with transitions into emerging adulthood. I was fortunate to find counselors who helped me reprocess and heal, and form a healthier, more secure sense of self. Through this personal work I became inspired to become a counselor and support others in similar ways.

As a person who faced trauma, I strive to help those who are struggling so that everyone can find enjoyment in life. Trauma is my specialty and I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT to just name a few. I love working with teenagers but also enjoy working with adults.
