I have 8 years of experience working with adult women who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions. I operate from a person-centered approach and believe therapy happens at the pace you set. I pull from mindfulness, CBT, RODBT, and attachment theory.
I'm ready to meet you where you're at to move towards the future you've always imagined. I work with adult women 21-50 years old. At this time I am seeing clients virtually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm. Current opening: 9 or 11 am Tuesday
