My 33 years as a Sex Therapist in private practice has enabled me to work with a large variety of relationships, sexual problems & intimacy issues. I can offer a safe place to discuss, explore, and create solutions for whatever difficulty you're experiencing. Some Sex Therapy is short term (1-6 months) and often involves sexual education & permission to experience pleasure. Most Sex Therapy requires longer term therapy (1-2 years) because of relational dynamics, unhealthy beliefs about sexuality, anxiety, attachment issues from childhood, unresolved grief, trauma recovery, learning to identify & convey your sexual needs/wants.
I have been a Certified Sex Therapist for 18 years by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT) and a Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor since 2006.
