Goddess Inspired Coaching is my new offering for women over 60 who want to self-actualize. The coaching model I created is intended to guide women to: Connect to the divine feminine and the Self, strengthen Courage and inner guidance and make soul-aligned Choices. It’s an enlivening process, both deep and fun, that honors and values what it means be a woman of crone age.
I can help you to recognize what crone goddess archetypes are active now, and how to use their energies for direction. You’ll connect with your inner wisdom, clarify desires and choose how to express who you deeply are. I will support you at this transitional time to imagine what you can do amid real life obstacles and challenges that we face as older women.
Following four decades as a psychotherapist, health coach, and specialty in spiritual psychology, this offering is an expression of who I am at this crone phase.
