Perhaps you are feeling misunderstood and confused by life events or emotional changes. Chronic illnesses and disabilities - both physical and psychological - can be isolating and difficult to cope with alone. Clients who see me are often struggling with these stressors, searching for relief and control over their lives. Counseling is challenging, but the results - and YOU - are worth it! I am your advocate for healing as we work together to meet your goals. I am your ally.
I seek to empower my clients as we co-create a treatment plan that includes mind and body healing. I specialize in severe anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic illnesses, and complex trauma. My goal is to provide a safe space to explore personal issues and meet your goals.
You will experience a kind of counseling that is empowering and validating. It takes work, and is challenging, but we will work together towards wholeness and healing. You will learn powerful, proven skills and strategies to draw upon your personal strengths and improve your quality of life. Note: I have a medical service animal who accompanies me in office.
