I research and write about the psychological and spiritual development of aging women and work almost exclusively with older women (40+). I primarily help women who struggle with anxiety, depression, empty nest, trauma, mental illness, or who are seeking psychological or spiritual growth, but I also have expertise in caretaking, chronic illness, and death and dying.
