I work with people to help reduce conflict and stress in their lives. I am trained in techniques to help resolve anxiety, depression, and trauma to create new habits in life that work better for you.
Therapy does not have to be an experience that you are forced along. Each person's life experience is unique. My goal is to provide compassionate and non-judgmental therapy and I enjoy working with college students, young professionals, transgender and non gender conforming clients, along with the queer, kink and poly communities.
